Flat fee process
Once we have an executed flat fee listing agreement, you will receive a form to fill out and include all the information needed to market your home the best way possible in the MLS and all third party real estate websites including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and many more.
We include 20 professional pictures and you will schedule directly with our photographer. All showings will be scheduled directly with you where real estate agents will bring qualified buyers to see your home.
We provide support to you throughout the entire process. When we receive offers from buyers they will be forwarded to you for immediate review.
